Anant Pal

Vice President Program & Analytics

Anant Pal is VP – Product and Analytics at Drivn, an asset-led platform building the financial backbone for commercial electric mobility in India. At Drivn, he owns the product and analytics functions that turn fleet operations into underwritable data — route-level revenue intelligence, telematics and battery health, and the residual value and return frameworks that sit underneath how the company prices and structures its leases.

Anant brings over a decade of experience building and scaling lending and marketplace businesses across fintech, NBFC, and e-commerce, at Propelld, Snapdeal, Meesho, and Mu Sigma. His work spans the full lending stack — origination, credit policy, underwriting economics, and portfolio performance — alongside deep grounding in decision science, experimentation, and machine-learning-driven product.

Before Drivn, Anant was Head of Product at Propelld, where he held product and business ownership across 500+ partner brands and four NBFC lending partners. He launched and scaled the company's personal loan vertical to an annualised disbursal run rate of over $10 million, with direct P&L ownership, and built the product for its domestic and cross-border education lending businesses. He directed the automation of credit underwriting, halving approval turnaround, and built the experimentation engine that reduced NPAs by 5%.

Earlier, at Snapdeal, Anant managed the Discovery platform for the marketplace, owning problem statements from acquisition through retention. He built the search recommendation systems that lifted conversion by 10% and grew private-label discovery from nil to 25%, and the centralised experimentation infrastructure the organisation ran its A/B tests on.

At Drivn, he is applying that expertise to a different question. Where lending asks whether a customer will repay, commercial fleet electrification asks what a bus or truck will be worth in three years, and what it will earn on the route it runs. Answering that with data rather than intuition is what lets Drivn price electric assets with the rigour a lender prices a loan.
