Ila is Chief Credit Officer at DRIVN Transition Pvt Ltd, enabling fleet electrification through innovative leasing solutions. At DRIVN, Ila owns the overall credit risk strategic framework governing lease structuring, ALM, debt syndication and portfolio management.

Ila is a seasoned banking and credit risk professional with 2 decades of experience across leading financial institutions including IndusInd Bank, NSDC, HSBC, and ICICI Bank. She brings deep expertise in credit underwriting, portfolio strategy, MSME financing, digital lending, and regulatory risk management.

Over the course of her career, Ila has been instrumental in driving policy transformation, scorecard-based underwriting models, portfolio monitoring frameworks, and strategic lending initiatives.

Ila’s alma mater - International Management Institute (IMI), Delhi, conferred her with Distinguished Alumni Award for professional excellence. Ila completed her Post Graduate Program in Business Management from IMI with First Rank honors (Gold medallist). In addition, she was recognized as the “Best Lady Participant” across all courses at IMI. Ila holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University.

When not reading and analysing financial statements or structuring innovative leasing solutions, Ila pens heartfelt poetry, listens to soulful music and loves dancing.
